Version 1.0.6 - more bugfixes

I had to fix a few bugs

• 1.0.4: The game got stuck loading at about 80-90%. this is a known bug, with a known fix. it's been fixed.
• 1.0.5: The footer that lets you fullscreen the game pushed the top of the game out of the window. i deleted it.
• 1.0.6: I didn't delete the footer hard enough. it has now been more fully deleted.

that's going to be it for today, unless another game-breaking bug gets found before tonight
